Triops

Without exception, our Tadpole Shrimp originate from aquarium breeding.

We have our own Triops breed here with hundreds of aquariums, we breed all the species offered in Germany.

We do not sell any wild specimens and would like to warn against taking Triops in nature for reasons of nature conservation.

Shipping

We ship from Monday to Friday. The dispatch takes place on the same or next day after receipt of payment (depending on the time). Parcel deliveries are sent with DHL and usually take 2-4 weeks to the US. All other deliveries such as Triops breeding approaches, starter sets, etc. are sent as letters with the German Post and usually take 2-4 weeks.

Important to know: Delivery times can vary greatly due to the US customs.

Returns

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, provided the product is unopened and unused.

Contact our customer support with your order number. We will then provide all the necessary return information.

Return shipping costs are usually covered by the buyer. If the product is damaged, we will cover the return costs.

Yes, once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method.

For hygiene reasons, opened breeding kits or food packs cannot be returned.
